By completing your purchase of Real Estate, Simplified (the “Program”), you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following Terms of Purchase with Heather Klompmaker Coaching, LLC (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”). Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Product and Access
Real Estate, Simplified is a digital, self-paced course and 12 week group coaching program designed for educational purposes only.
Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials through ThriveCart Learn. Access is intended for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other individual.
2. Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product that provides immediate access to course content, all sales are final.
No refunds or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this policy.
3. Payment Terms
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments as agreed.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or revocation of your access to the Program until your balance is paid in full.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, workbooks, templates, and resources provided within the Program are owned by Heather Klompmaker Coaching, LLC and are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or use this material for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Results Disclaimer
This Program is designed to provide tools, education, and guidance to help you grow your real estate business. However, we make no guarantees of specific results or earnings. Your success depends on your own implementation, effort, and circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability
